Yes! Everything I make is 100% vegan. My items do not contain any eggs, dairy, honey, or other animal products. I’ve learned that many ingredients that may appear vegan can be produced with animal products (such as sugar processed with animal bone char) - so I double and triple check all of my ingredients to ensure they are in fact vegan.
-
The vast majority of my baked goods include wheat, spelt, or other gluten-containing flours. I look forward to expanding the menu to include gluten-free options in the future. Please note, however, that all items are produced in my home kitchen and cross-contamination may occur.
-
While most of my items are nut-free (and they are always peanut-free), I do occasionally use mesquite powder (same family as peanuts), walnuts, almonds, pistachios, or other tree nuts. I will always label potential allergens on an item, including nuts. While I take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, please note that all items are prepared in the same kitchen.

I try to use less processed ingredients when possible, so depending on the recipe, I may use any of the following: flax seeds, fruit or vegetable puree, aquafaba, soy milk, plant-based oil, arrowroot powder, vegan yogurt, or baking powder. For certain recipes, I use a commercial vegan butter.
If you have questions about a particular item due to an allergy, please ask!

I’m glad you asked! In case you can’t tell from the bakery name, I’m a big fan of aquafaba. It’s the liquid that remains after cooking legumes (usually chickpeas), and it can replace whole eggs or egg whites in various applications, such as meringues. I use it in many desserts and breads as a way to add moisture and structure - and I love that it’s also a way to reduce waste in the kitchen by utilizing something we typically toss out after making beans!

Absolutely! My son is one of my main taste-testers and the primary reason I started down the path of making baked goods that are both delicious and nourishing.

As a one-person operation, I have limited capacity for custom orders, whether for special flavors, dietary needs, or larger quantities. Any requests will require at least one week’s advance notice and may incur an upcharge (for example, if I need to purchase special ingredients) and/or minimum order.
If you have something in mind, please reach out and we can discuss. I’ll try my best to make it happen but I’ll also be honest if I don’t think I can deliver the same quality as my standard recipes.

My baked goods are best eaten day-of, but most will stay fresh for up to 3 days in an airtight container. You can also freeze items to enjoy over the next 2-3 months! My family always has a bag (or two) of cookies in the freezer.
